How We Elevated a Luxury Miami Yacht Charter Company Amongst Fierce Competition in an Oversaturated Market
Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters (BLYC) is Miami’s premier full-service event planner, offering luxury yacht rentals, gourmet catering, top-rated entertainment, and unique personalizations for any special occasion or private event. BLYC chose DRPM to help differentiate them from the competition by repositioning their brand and transforming their current website and digital marketing campaign to increase overall revenue for their rental services.
In a fiercely competitive and oversaturated market, BLYC was experiencing a decline in sales. They wanted to position themselves as Miami’s premier yacht charter service with a new, luxurious website that would help to increase revenue. At the time, their old site and inefficient traditional and PCC marketing efforts were not being adequately maintained or executed to compete with other vendors. To achieve their goals, they needed to reposition themselves within the marketplace with an optimized website and a revamped digital marketing strategy that would successfully reach their target audience.
Our first step was to complete competitive audits and foundational research to unveil market insights and opportunities, which helped to shape our overarching marketing strategy and direction. From there, we positioned BLYC as Miami’s most exclusive yacht provider, highlighting their ability to plan a full-service event from start to finish. Next, we designed and developed a new website that demonstrated the luxury and sophistication of their brand. The optimized site streamlined navigation, improved the digestion of information, and promoted action to complete the sale. When launching the digital marketing campaign, we created and implemented Google and Facebook ads, as well as search engine and web optimizations.
