How We Rebranded and Revitalized the Digital Presence of One of the Largest Lift Chair Suppliers in the Midwest

Project Overview

Since 1970, APA Medical has distributed durable medical equipment and supplies to clients throughout Minnesota and the U.S. APA chose DRPM to refresh their brand, website, and marketing strategy to effectively cater to both B2B and B2C audiences for all their product offerings.

The Challenge

Since APA serves both case managers and the general public, their unique challenge was to have applicable messaging and website structure to serve both types of audiences. Since their team didn’t have the resources or expertise needed to realize their vision, they needed help with rebranding, the development of a modern, enhanced website, and deploying a strategic marketing strategy to stand out against the competition.

DRPM's Solution

Our first step was to complete competitive audits and foundational research to unveil market insights and opportunities, which helped to shape our overarching marketing strategy and direction. From there, we combined their brands into one, unified name. They were previously named “APA Medical” and “Twin Cities Lift Chairs,” which we recommended they change to simply “APA Medical.” Next, we revived their brand identity with applicable messaging to cater to their multiple demographics. We then developed branded and non-branded campaigns to drive traffic to their newly designed and SEO-optimized website. In addition, we launched email campaigns, developed radio ads, and created new company catalogs, trade show banners, mailers, and more.
